Registration

2025 Registration, which includes morning tea, light lunch & afternoon tea on the Saturday & Sunday, can be for the weekend or a single day.  The Saturday evening dinner is an additional cost.  A morning tea, light lunch & afternoon tea option is available for a non-participating spouse or family member.

To register you must complete the SHSU Registration Form and email or post it to the Registrar.  You may not see the complete form if you don't specifically download it to your device.  If you can't fill in the form on your device, an easy way to email the form is to print it out, fill it in, take a picture of it using a smart phone making sure the form fills the frame, then email the result to the Registrar.

The Form must be sent for delivery no later than Saturday 26th April 2025.

For comfort and insurance reasons, this gathering will not be open to the public and there will be a limit on the total number of participants.  You are therefore encouraged to register early.

Note that assuming there are still vacancies, registrations received after Saturday 26th April 2025 will incur a $20 surcharge and you will be unable to attend the Steamup Dinner.
